Hailey Auve

Student Midwife, Doula

I am Hailey Auve a doula and student midwife who is certified in NRP, CPR, Birth Assisting, childbirth educator, and always expanding and learning. I will be graduating from my midwifery education journey in August 2024.  

    My heart is in helping families through many ways and really bringing some of the spiritual sides of the journey forward. It never feels like work to me. I absolutely love every minute of this life. Midwifery brings a more medical aspect into the experience of working with families and being a doula is none of the medical at all.

    A little information about me personally is that I was a baker before I got involved in the birth field and I love anything art-related or creativity-based. I have two wonderful children who I birthed naturally at home with midwives. My first birth experience with my daughter is what exposed me to the birth field and really sparked something inside of me. I started to learn more ways to be involved and eventually got pointed to becoming a doula and have never looked back. The more I learn the more I want to know. I doubt I will ever stop collecting knowledge in this field, taking classes, and gaining experience. 

    I have a very open mind and enjoy hearing everyone's different takes on how they plan to birth and all the different ways and methods out there. It is an amazing miracle that occurs every day and I will always be grateful I found my calling and passion. I love walking alongside each and every family, getting to witness the couples become families, families becoming larger, and just life being welcomed earthside for the very first time. I will never get tired of witnessing this miracle that all you amazing families out there let me join you in. Thank you to you all.
